How To Plan Your Diet



  1. Constant dieting with faddy diets
  2. Temporary weight loss
  3. Weight loss followed by a larger weight gain
  4. Diet plans that fail to live up to expectations

Most of us can relate to all these points and what we fail to realise is DIETING DOES NOT WORK. We stop eating foods filled with fat and count the calories. However, did you know that you need a certain amount of fat and calories for a healthy body. As you reduce your calories and fat intake, you start to feel your energy levels dropping and the thoughts of any sort of exercise goes by the way side and you may even feel sick as well as tired.

You will crave the essential missing elements in your diet and inevitably you will binge in order to satisfy your cravings. This will then of course have the effect of you giving up on your diet and returning to the unhealthy way you eat before “going on a diet”.

We’ve all been in this place of constantly trying different diets when the only real way to loose weight is through a balanced and healthy eating plan which will have a long lasting effect on the way we eat and will ensure that we keep off that excess fat!

Save your money and don’t spend it on faddy diet plans. Have fun and exercise more. Go for long walks or a bicycle ride. Just be more active and eat a healthy diet every day. Don’t have that extra biscuit or yet another chocolate bar. Replace the next can of soda with a drink of cool refreshing water and you will soon begin to see the signs of weight loss if you plan your diet well.
